Your Treatment Plan
Care doesn’t stop at the first appointment.
This page explains how we move forward together — clearly, safely, and at a pace that suits you.

Your Personalised Plan
If we decide to begin care, we’ll agree on a plan tailored to your needs and goals.

Your plan may aim to help you:

-
Reduce discomfort or tension
-
Improve movement and function
-
Feel more confident in daily life
-
Develop practical strategies to support yourself
-
Build long-term resilience
The number of sessions depends on your situation and what you’d like to achieve.

Plans are always flexible.
If you improve quickly, we can reduce sessions.
If progress is slower than expected, we can adjust your plan.

Care responds to how you’re actually doing — it is not a fixed template.

Progress & Reassessment
As we move through your plan, we monitor how things are changing.

For physical therapies, this may include reviewing movement, strength, or specific tests.
For Hypnotherapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, this may involve reviewing patterns, behaviours, or symptom changes.

At the end of a plan, we formally review:
-
What has improved
-
What still needs attention
-
Whether further care would be helpful

If you return in the future with a new issue — or after a longer break — a reassessment appointment ensures we have enough time to properly review your current situation and make sure care remains appropriate and safe.

This isn’t about starting over unnecessarily — it simply ensures your care reflects your present needs.

You’re Always in Control
Your care is collaborative.

-
There is no long-term commitment.
-
There is no pressure to continue.
-
Decisions are always discussed openly.

My role is to guide and advise — the choice to proceed is always yours.
