Who Do I Work With

I work with adults who are looking for practical, structured support to improve their mental and emotional wellbeing.

Some people come with a clear issue they want help with. Others simply know that something doesn’t feel right and want support in understanding and changing it.

You do not need to be in crisis to benefit from Hypnotherapy or CBT. Many of the people I work with are high-functioning individuals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or frustrated by patterns they can’t seem to shift on their own.

I Commonly Work With

Professionals experiencing stress or burnout
Those balancing demanding careers, responsibility, and high expectations.

People living with anxiety or persistent worry
Including overthinking, physical tension, and difficulty switching off.

Individuals struggling with confidence or self-doubt
Whether in work, relationships, or personal development.

People wanting to overcome specific fears or phobias
Such as driving, flying, public speaking, or medical procedures.

Those looking to change unhelpful habits
Including smoking, emotional eating, or other repetitive behaviours.

Athletes or performers seeking a mental edge
Supporting focus, confidence, and composure under pressure.

Individuals managing chronic pain or physical conditions
Who want support with the psychological impact of ongoing symptoms.

My Approach

I work best with people who are open to reflection and willing to actively engage in the process. CBT and hypnotherapy are collaborative approaches — we work together, with clear goals and measurable progress.

If you’re unsure whether this is the right fit for you, you’re very welcome to get in touch to discuss your situation before booking.
