How Can It Help

Sports Massage can help your muscles feel and move better. It’s useful for a wide range of everyday aches and activity-related issues, including:

  • Muscle tightness or tension

  • Stiffness from posture or desk-based work

  • Minor sports injuries or strains

  • Delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS) after exercise

  • Tendon discomfort (e.g., Achilles, knee, or elbow)

  • Shoulder and neck tension

  • Repetitive strain issues

  • Supporting recovery between training sessions

  • General muscular aches and stiffness

While massage can reduce discomfort and improve movement, it’s not a replacement for medical care if something more serious is going on. If I think your symptoms may need further investigation, I will always guide you appropriately
