About Me
I qualified with a Master’s degree in Chiropractic in 2018 and have since worked in private practices across Dorset and North Devon.
Over time, I developed a strong interest in the relationship between physical symptoms and psychological wellbeing. This led me to undertake further professional training in Sports Massage, Hypnotherapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
Alongside my clinic work, I have also worked on professional cycling tours across Europe, supporting riders through the physical demands of elite multi-day competition. This experience deepened my understanding of performance care, injury prevention, recovery strategies, and the importance of resilience — both physical and mental — at the highest level of sport.
The Potter Practice was created to bring together these complementary approaches into one thoughtful, patient centred clinic.
I am:
-
Registered with the General Chiropractic Council (GCC)
-
A member of the British Chiropractic Association (BCA)
-
Fully insured with professional indemnity and public liability cover
Outside of practice, I enjoy time outdoors with my family, woodworking projects, long walks along the coast, and exploring the New Forest.
