How I Work

Sports Massage at The Potter Practice is practical and goal-focused.

 

Sessions may include:


• Deep tissue massage
• Trigger point therapy
• Myofascial techniques
• Assisted stretching
• Movement-based release techniques
• Exercise advice where appropriate

Treatment does not need to be excessively painful to be effective. The aim is purposeful, therapeutic work within a tolerable and constructive level of intensity.

Where helpful, I may combine massage with exercise guidance or integrate it into a broader rehabilitation plan.
